Returns & Exchanges Policy Details
Return Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. This generous timeframe allows you to properly assess the quality and fit of your traditional British garments.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality standards and protect all customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale Items – Clearly marked in product descriptions
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items – Including monogrammed pieces from our Classic Knitwear Collections
- Intimate Apparel – For hygiene reasons
- Items Damaged by Customer – Not resulting from manufacturing defects
Returns Process
Step-by-Step Guide
- Submit Return Request: Complete the returns form below and email it to our customer service team
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 24 hours with your Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely package the items in their original condition
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method
- Confirmation: We will notify you once your return is processed
Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Initiation: Within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Original Payment Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please indicate your preference in the returns form below. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
International Returns
As we serve customers globally (excluding Asia and certain remote regions), please note:
- Customs duties and international shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is at customer’s expense
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
